I am writing this letter in response to your request that I give my comments on the Hasler mailroom equipment that the Operations Department of Paramount Unified School District purchased in January 2001.

To tell you the truth, Adam, I have been very happy with this equipment. I have not had to have service even once. The times I have had questions, I would simply call Priority’s Service Dept. and they would walk me through whatever problem I was having. In each case it was due to operator error. They were very patient with me teaching things not covered during the installation training as well as items I had just forgotten. This is a great service because you can speak with a live person and not be sent to a voice mail!

Before using the Hasler equipment, I used Neopost for 7 years. The key item for me with the Hasler is that I do not have the jamming problems I had with Neopost. Its smooth sailing and the job gets done quickly. Needless to say, I would recommend Hasler to anyone shopping for mailroom equipment.
