6900 Series
The 6900 Series offers the versatility of processing a wide range of envelope sizes from a standard #10 to a flat 9” x 12”. AutoMix models take this flexibility to the next level by allowing different sized envelopes to be used on the fly during operation. Up to four feed stations are capable of reaching speeds up to 4,300/hour and handling up to 120,000 inserts per month.

6400 Series (640 Series)
Available in five models, the 6400 Series can be adapted for almost any folding and inserting application. Two, four and six station models are available to meet your particular folding and inserting needs. The optional production feeder holds up to 325 BRE's and up to 1,200 sheets of paper, this feature increases hopper capacity and reduces loading time.

6300 Series (630 Series)
The 6300 Series Folder/Inserters offer two models for your specific job needs. The FD 6300-Standard 3 comes with three standard automatically adjusting feed stations. The FD 6300-Special 3 has two standard feeders and one special feeder that can be manually adjusted for glossy and thicker paper stock. The 6300 Series is ideal for processing documents in a timely and hassle free manner. The versatility of this unit allows for processing forms of various lengths and thicknesses all at the same time. The exclusive AutoSet feature makes processing forms a snap, automatically setting the paper length, paper thickness, fold type, envelope size and double document detection.

 

6202
The 6202 Series brings advanced folding & inserting technology and flexibility to the office environment. The unique AutoSet feature allows for one touch setup of new jobs by automatically measuring paper lengths, envelope sizes and fold lengths. Recurring and frequent jobs run in AutoSet can also be stored as a programmed job setting for hassle free setup and operation.
The 6202 Series folder/inserters offer the power and reliability of larger machines with the ease of operation expected and needed for the office environment.

6200 Series (600 Series)
Sleek and compact, the 6200 Series Folder/Inserters are ideal for the office environment. A modular design with one to four feeders gives the 6200 Series the flexibility to process virtually any office mailing. A centrally located control panel and easy to follow step by step instructions gives the 600 Series the ease of operation you expect and need for the office environment. Up to 20 jobs can be pre-programmed and named allowing for one touch set-up for reoccurring or frequent mailings. With the 6200 Series the tedious task of folding and inserting is made easy, making more time for other valuable tasks.
