WITS is designed to operate in the Windows environment utilizing Visual C++ language and Microsoft Access, MSDE or SQL to maintain data. Its optional web browser, IWITS (SQL only), allows both internal corporate employees and external customers to see transactions details regarding their items, and to request pickups of outbound and interoffice items.
